FAA rates for long term students are $37 for a small 1BR, $40 for a large 1BR, and 2-bed units are $50/day for families. FAA students wanting to share a 2BR can take advantage of the $60.00/day rate ($30/day per student). Our room/car package for long term students is $55/day. Our short term rate is $84/day and includes a free rental car from Enterprise. New hire Air Traffic students are encouraged to call to get a special rate that applies to new hire air traffic only.

All rooms come with expanded cable TV (approximately 70 channels), individual high speed internet (hard wired connection via a cable modem), and are fully furnished from bedding to kitchenware.

We offer an in-ground swimming pool to cool off in the summer and covered parking (limited) to protect your vehicle from Oklahoma's ice storms and hail storms.  Weekly linen exchange and loaner vacuum cleaners are available.

You will find Winchester Run to have plenty of parking and our proximity to the FAA Academy (convenient location for "back gate" entrance) to be one of the many reasons to choose us for your next stay.

We are located in a very nice part of town between a large church, a Masonic Lodge, and a new Oklahoma City Police Sub-Station office; we are also conveniently located near theaters, shopping and eating establishments. All rooms come with a ceiling fan, microwave, dishwasher, individual a/c & heat, and private exterior storage closets.

Our washer/dryer project is coming along as we now have them installed in more than 40 units now. We have many additional projects that will be underway soon including additional covered parking, kid's playground, and more!

Don’t plan on coming to the FAA Academy with a car? Not a problem. We are located on the FAA Shuttle Route which picks-up and drops-off three times per day. Enterprise has offered a special weekend rental rate those wanting to explore the town. We have a courtesy car available for quick trips to the store (full coverage insurance is required).

There are three athletic gyms that are very close, including a free one that offers two indoor basketball courts with an overhead walking track, four racquetball courts, and a very nice workout room.
